In our "Gospel Playbook" series we've looked at a few themes so far... The Heart of our "Coach" Jesus... how "Life is a Team Sport" and we need to build our roster wisely... how we need to know how to "Play our Position" with the fundamentals of forgiveness. This week we look at the theme of rest. Because life is a contact sport... we need rest days to heal up and prepare for all the ways we take lumps and hits during the week. The great news is... we have the author and designer of rest right with us. Jesus comes this week with a beautiful invitation of rest for all of us. If you struggle to rest or want help on how to rest better... this is a message for you!
